Registration

Regional fair registration is usually open in early February, with a deadline in the first week of March. The registration link is posted on the fair homepage when registration opens.

Registering through a school

If you are participating through your school, your teacher will help you register. Teachers are asked to contact the fair by mid-January with an estimate of the number of projects. The current teacher information page gives a maximum of 15 projects per school.

Registering without a participating school

If your school is not participating, contact the fair or have a parent or guardian help with registration. Each project must be registered separately. For a team project, each student partner needs a unique email address and contact information.

Fees and deadline

The teacher information page says a fee is charged per project and invoiced to the school after registration closes. Late registration is not normally accepted. Required human or animal testing documentation must be completed before registration.

The current fair site does not publish an active registration form outside the registration window. Check the homepage when registration opens, or contact the fair.
